Your mission

• You will work seamlessly with our Art Director in Skin & Hair team and align with the team’s day to day workload
• You will create graphics, packaging designs, promotional materials and digital content for various channels and different brands in the Skin & Hair category
• You will manage time, processes and workflows in an independent way
• You will collaborate in synergy with other team members such as the campaign managers, the social media managers, and the e-commerce managers
• You will share your expertise and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• You will stay always updated with global design and cultural trends, ensuring our concepts are both fresh and relevant

Your profile

• You have 3-4 years of design experience in a creative agency, in-house creative department, or in a similar environment
• You have experience with design / production design of digital banners, paid social assets
• You have proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and experience with Figma and motion design is a plus
• You have an exceptional graphic design skills, packaging, and print data making
• Good UI, UX design creation skills.
• An outstanding eye for detail, and commitment to consistency, together with a clean and modern aesthetic taste.
• Solid understanding of grid systems, design systems and layouts.
• Ability to work in a team and take direction in a 1-on-1 environment, as well as work independently.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at a time and maintain exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
• Attention to details and a good understanding of current design trends in the Skincare and Haircare industry.
• Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude and you are happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English, German language skill is a plus.
