Junior Customer Experience Manager FR (m/f/d) - Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Your mission
  • Deliver an above-average customer support in an efficient manner
  • Answer customers requests and questions (via email, chat, Instagram/FB direct messages)
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information on products and services by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Update and maintenance existing workflows as well as creating new ones
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Your profile
  • You have excellent French language skills and speak English fluently, German is a plus
  • You are based in Berlin or Mannheim or plan to move in one of these cities
  • You are people oriented, you love to help customers and can relate to different types of customers, understanding their needs
  • You have the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have a positive and solution-oriented mindset
  • You can use MS Office
  • Knowledge of Freshdesk or similar software a plus!
